We are a collaborative initiative of Ontario Taxpayers, including landlords, tenants and all who support them, who believe their municipalities need to incorporate fair billing practices, without creating different 'classes' of residents. We want to support good tenants who will feel the impact of these unfair billing policies. For more information on this issue, click here to visit our Main Site.

Contact your MPP - let them know the laws must be changed. Refuse to vote for anyone who does not stand for fairness and who will not support changing the law. Landlords provide a vital 40% of the affordable housing stock. The majority of these landlords are not big business - they account for less than 1% of GDP. We know that many landlords are struggling to makes ends meet. And we understand that tenants are in the same predicament. So, we propose that we all stand together. With a united voice and purpose, let's fight for change for good of all!
